willpower...try to wait it out

I agree that willpower is a word that just sets the teeth of a dieter on edge.  I also agree that discipline is a good word to use.  you went on to talk about changing your mindset and i think that is very, very important.  &

Just read day 11's article about "willpower" and want to put in my two cents. I don't think it's about "willpower" and I think using the word with dieters is a bad idea.  The better word is
