Follow This Plan to Lose 8 Pounds in One Month!
I'm a subscriber to Self magazine and it has just recently started its Jump Start Diet Challenge on its website Link. It offers a few different goals to work toward in one month.
I picked (and am currently working on) the "Lose 8 Pounds in 1 Month" plan. The program gives you meal plans and workouts to follow--and you don't even have to go to the gym! The plan is super flexible--it lets you account for your own workouts as well as food that's not part of the ascribed meal plan. Other healthy recipes are on the site along with all the nutritional information.
