Who Cares If It Turns Out Right?

Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

Question:Have you ever gone vegetarian (for health reasons or not)?

I did the vegetarian thing for 9 months a few years back, but I was the pizza/grilled cheese/eggs kind of vegetarian! Not too healthy. Then I learned how to cook when I lived with a veggie boyfriend for over 2 years and now you can't keep me out of the kitchen. I was never veggie while with him, but now I've pondered trying out the HEALTHY vegetarian thing.

BUT, I like meat. A lot! Not all the time, definitely not everyday, but I feel like I'm "missing out" at restaurants if I stick to veg-only entrees. Have you gone veggie, and why?
