Be a flexitarian to lose weight
I like meat, I admit it. I like veggies too, and the reason I haven't gone vegetarian is that I don't want to have to give up meat. Well, it turns out I don't have to because I just found out about a great new diet term—Flexitarian. I read about it in USA Today this week: Link
It's healthy because you're focusing on increasing veggies and fruits in your day, but it helps you lose weight too. It might also help your pocketbook too, since fruits and veggies are cheaper than meat. Give it a try!
