I recently moved to Mexico and noticed that I lost a lot of weight within a very short amount of time. At first I thought it was my diet, but then I realized it was the change in my schedule. Here people eat a decent breakfast and then a very late large lunch around 2 or 3. Dinner is usually small, like a sandwich or soup.
Try this time change at home, maybe it will work for you. You can even eat some tacos!
