Question:do you have a thank you /gratitude log?

I keep a thank and praise You God in the name of Jesus Christ log. this helps me to keep focused on the positives and the many blessings that God gives me and helps me thank Him for any even if very small changes i make concerning my weight(and other things). instead of beating myself up or trying to "beat" the fat away I am changing with God's help , in His peaceful and serene spirit and with an attitude of gratitude.

Answer:

I have a gratitude "log" everywhere I am. I post everything I am grateful for in my vanity, at my desk, in my car. I knew one day that the Post-it would come in handy for me. Everyday when I wake, I take a moment and thank God for another day of life. While I am dressing and driving to work, I count my blessings. Keeps me grounded and aware of my "fortune".
