"Ever since I subscribed to your site the daily reminders are the only thing I read apart from email and the NY Times headlines and weather. I am hugely critical of most self-help information, but this is not what your site is. I save 1 in 2 of these and have kept a library folder. Is it possible to avoid cancer? David Servan-Schreiber, M.D., Ph.D., thinks so. After battling brain cancer, Servan-Schreiber, a founding member of Doctors Without Borders, made it his mission to find out what people can do to avoid a similar health diagnosis. On this episode of Change Nation, Servan-Schreiber talks about his new book, "Anticancer: A New Way of Life," and how you can change your lifestyle to live cancer-free.

Dr. Servan-Schreiber expressed his thoughts beautifully. Brought tears to my eyes. Very informative and inspiring.
