Run and Walk with Your Arms!

carolineshannon

It goes without saying that you need your legs to get you moving for a run or walk. But consider this: Pumping your arms during a workout can also help you move a bit quicker. In addition, swinging your arms will take some of the pressure off of your legs -- they cannot do all of the work! Do not use force, but try using your arms the next time you hit the road. You will be surprised my how much they can help you up a tough hill!
