Saving Your Breath Or Your Life

You’ve heard of meditation leading to a better quality of life, but can it actually save your life? It did for a Chinese construction worker who was buried alive. The worker used Buddhist meditation principles to focus on his breathing, relax and remain calm while air supply was getting more and more limited. After two hours of staying keeping himself alive, his co-workers finally dug him out.
