Those celebrities have it easy. If you could afford a private chef, you would have perfectly healthy meals every day too. Well, you probably won’t ever afford a private chef, but you can get healthy, pre-packaged meals to keep you on your weight-loss plan.
 
Companies like eDiets.com, Chef’s Diet, Nu Kitchen and NutriSystem know that you’re short on time to prepare healthy meals all day long, so they’re making it easy and delivering them to you. Though they’re fast and portion controlled, they usually cost a pretty penny, may contain a ton of sodium and lack in the variety department.
 
Of course, you could always do the healthy frozen dinner thing. But if you really want to change your diet and lose weight the right way, you should probably carve out 15 minutes in the day to do some meal prep. [CBS News]
