Keep busy

VictoriaB

Keep yourself busy after the breakup. See your friends. Go to the gym. Plan a trip. Take a self-development course. And most importantly, don’t let your mourning distract you from tasks that must be accomplished, such as paying bills and going to the office.

I definitely agree with this! It's good to take time to think and process a break-up, but you WILL end up wallowing. I find that biking and going out with friends are great ways to spend time...even if you end up talking about the break-up with a friend, at least you aren't crying at home in bed.
