Ariane interviews Richard O'Connor, the author of Happy At Last: The Thinking Person’s Guide to Finding Joy. Among other things, you'll learn that no matter what age you are, happiness is relative to the culture rather than your chronological age. By the end of the interview you'll also begin to understand not to believe everything your brain thinks.

My office has used coffee pods for its coffee supply for the past year or two, and I like how convenient they are to use. However, nothing compares to coffee bought in coffee bags for taste and freshness, which is why I’ve been bringing in my own coffee for months now. Coffee bags can’t be beat for flavor or variety. You can consider this my ode to the coffee bag. I enjoy the experience of opening the tin tie in the morning and getting a strong whiff of earthy, dark coffee beans. I recently purchased a coffee grinder, and hearing the blades whir is music to my ears, when they are trying to wake up. I do this before I take a shower. It’s my favorite way to start the day.And the also I use the pet food packaging, my dog's food also have a good place to put now.Recently i used a new type of the coffee bag called coffee bags with valve, with this bags you can taste the coffee’s smell without openning the bag but through the valve.I imagine pod coffee to be themodern equivalent of the nasty, flavorless brew that my grandfather drank at work – something you choke down if you need caffeine.Coffee in a bag comes in a wide variety of flavors, and though I always end up going back to french vanilla, sampling the flavors at the grocery store, or the Higher Grounds coffee shop in my neighborhood, is always an experience I enjoy. It’s like a Japanese tea ceremony – but with a zing of alertness at the very end.The coffee pods claim to come in flavors, but even though I sometimes get different smells from them, I can’t tell one taste from another. It’s all bland, and needs sugar to drink – which is a major negative point to me. A good cup of coffee doesn’t need sugar. The same goes for the coffee in tea bags I’ve seen recently too – there’s no way to keep flavor, or perhaps the coffee itself is just a generic kind. Either way, I will just as soon spend the money on a real bag of coffee beans, and carry my coffee holder to work with me.Coffee packaging bags is so useful in my daily life.So if you’re just interested in a something to keep your eyes open, the coffee pods will do the trick. But if you actually treasure the flavor of a good cup of coffee, and don’t want to need sugar to enjoy it, stick with the coffee bags.Last time I brought some frozen food packaging by chance, and from that time my fridge has changed a lot, I am gald to say good bye to the bad smell,if you has the same problem with the frdige, maybe you can have a try.
