What is the belief you personally go to in times of change?

Living by the Daily Affirmation has forced me to become very honest about my strengths and weaknesses. In times of change, if my personal will is not strong enough to make the change, I ask God’s Will to help me make the change.

The best thing about change is…

Since I’m very honest with myself, it allows me to learn from my failures and teaches me how to get better.

What is the best change you ever made?

Once I realized that I was a spirit and not my mind, my perspective of life changed. Now, I spend much of my time in the present and listen to my spirit for guidance, instead of the negative chatter of my mind that wants to dwell on the past or future.

Advice on Change

1. Awareness. Increase your awareness of how much your values affect your level of consciousness and happiness. True and lasting happiness always comes from within. External pleasures are only temporary. Start by reading my Happy eBook.

2. Daily Affirmation. You can increase your awareness to a very high level by repeating the Daily Affirmation of “I am always truthful, positive, and helping others” several times a day for the next 30 days.

3. Alignment. By making a very sincere effort to live your life according to the above Daily Affirmation you will align your values with Universal Truths that will improve your choices and happiness.

4. Release. All of your thoughts have two components: facts and emotions. While you may not be able to change the facts in your life, you can change your emotional responses to them. Train yourself to immediately release any negative emotions that are causing your upsets and unhappiness. This will make it easier for you to eventually change the facts in your life and achieve your desires.

5. Repeat. If you follow the above four steps for 30 days, you will be much happier or at least aware of how you can increase your happiness and live a fulfilled life. By continuing to repeat these steps every 30 days, you will be amazed at how happy and joyful you can become.
