Vaccine Wars

In recent years there has been much controversy surrounding vaccines for children. Many parents and healthcare professionals believe that vaccines may produce harmful results, while others firmly stand by the practice of regular shots for infants and toddlers. Newsweek points out a school district in Maryland going as far as taking parents who don't vaccinate their children to court. That seems a bit severe. Where do you stand?
