Question:Im trying to loose weight and want to know if meditation is best for me? and how to apply it on an every day basis?

I have been over weight since i had my two kids back to back. it is affecting my back and health. i have tryed to exercise but I am not able to do that . I need to know if it would bennifit me and also yoga. and how to start? im tired of beeing at this weight that it has brought me down and so my relationship with my beloved husband. i cant even do things with my kids I need help?

Yoga would be an excellent way to start focusing of improving your health. Just call the yoga studios listed in the phone book, recommended by a friend, or someone already in a class, or even the community centers in your town. There are all levels of classes & many kinds of yoga. Tie Chi (spelling??) is the Chinese method of exercising the entire body and it is also very gentle and there are many levels of classes. Meditation is good as it can help support your goal. It also allows the mind to rest and become less active for a short time each day. It will help you handle what you deal with on a daily basis. In most towns there are groups that meditate, perhaps even teach it, if you need it.

Remember you take care of you and nurture you, so you can nurture those around you.
