Wow, forgiveness! I never ever thought about forgiving myself. It sounds so obvious when I hear it, but never heard it before. Forgive myself for overeating, for being overweight for gaining more weight. I recognize how much shame and shaming and blaming has been done to me and I have done to myself about my weight. No one has ever suggested forgiving myself.
