Everyday Change

Who Cares If It Turns Out Right?

Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

Work That Body

If you want to improve your sex life, you’ll need to feel comfortable in your own skin. The best way to do that is to start an exercise routine that includes lots of cardiovascular and toning exercises.

Sex is aerobic—so work on increasing your stamina! Make sure to exercise for the recommended 30 to 45 minutes of exercise for at least three days a week. Go for a bike ride, run, swim, lift weights or do some yoga. You can even get your partner involved—he or she could likely use some exercise, too. Soon, you’ll not only notice that you look and feel sexier, but you’ll be ready to take on your new lusty life.

Regardless of what you look like, the best way to improve your sex life is to maintain a healthy body image. Use this exercise: Stand naked in front of a mirror (with the lights on!) and look at your body. No matter what you see, accept every little imperfection and tell yourself that you love your body. You’ll be amazed at how much more confident you’ll be in bed once you appreciate what you’ve got.

DID YOU KNOW? You can maintain your sex life well into your 70s and 80s. According to a recent study, more than a quarter of 57- to 85-year-olds have had sex in the last year, with some respondents reporting a frequency of at least two to three times a month. Health played a part—active seniors were twice as likely to be sexually active as those in poor health.
