Wah, wah, wah. Not that ending a relationship is so easy, but do you really need to cry about it so much?

New research from Northwestern University suggests you can put down the tissues, already. It’s not that you shouldn’t feel bad during and immediately after a breakup.  The study finds that we rebound twice as quickly as we think we do—so now may be the time to let go of that old wives' tale that it takes twice as long to get over someone as the relationship lasted!
