Question:Pumping at work: tips?

I hate pumping at work and I also find that I am not pumping as much as I used to. Anyone out there have tips for making pumping at work as enjoyable (?) and efficient as possible? Anyone else suffering from the dry up?

Answer:

I've heard that meditation and visualization are supposed to be very helpful to get milk flowing. I also hear that looking at a picture of your baby can do the trick for your letdown reflex. Kudos to you for trying so hard!
