YES! Go on- You can do it!
When you start a new adventure, business or diet, you feel exhilarated. Then the power of action begins to wear off. On days you will tell yourself to quit. Don’t! Be your own cheerleader and post a motivational quote like: ‘you are the best, you can do it!’ on your morning mirror. It will remind you to go on when things get rough.
