Unemployed Banker Gets Creative
Joshua Persky, an MIT grad, lost his job as an investment banking consultant about six months ago and hasn’t been able to find work since. Part of the first wave of Wall Street employees to lose their jobs, Persky refuses to give up.
He’s been standing outside of different businesses in a pinstriped suit with a sign that says “MIT Graduate for Hire” taped to his back. He says he’ll be handing out resumes all week. Hey, when you need money pride sort of becomes a non-issue, right?
