Maintaining A Weight Loss

I think maintaining weight loss is about remaining conscious of it.  While I was only trying to lose a few pounds while on this change, the daily reminders just kept me focus on making healthy choices that day.  Now I may do the other "healthy changes" just to keep up that daily reminder.
