Idol Health

A type 2 diabetes diagnosis is a life changing event, one that Randy Jackson, American Idol judge, is all too familiar with. Jackson has changed his eating and exercise habits as a result of his diagnosis, and he's sharing his story as part of the American Heart Association's The Heart of Diabetes campaign. The campaign's website, IKnowDiabetes.org, is looking for others to share their experiences with type 2 diabetes as well. Reading about how other people like you have coped with the same affliction can be helpful and inspiring. Visit AmericanIdol.com for more on this campaign and some tips for managing type 2 diabetes.
