Drink More Water
It’s easy to forget to drink the recommended eight glasses of water everyday and before you know it, you’re dehydrated. Here are some easy tips from WikiHow to help you get your daily intake.
How much water do you drink everyday? How do you make it happen?
I reuse the 591ml glass bottles that fruit juices or ice tea come in. I wash then thoroughly, use a baby bottle brush for the inside then fill them with water from my filtered water jug. Each bottle is approximately 17oz which equals a little more than 2 glasses of water! Each night I fill at least 5 of the bottles and keep them in the fridge overnight. That way I know if I drink 4 or 5 of the bottles daily, I've had 8-10 glasses of water. And I'm doing my bit for recycling as well.
I carry a 2 liter bottle of water with me every where! I get strange looks sometimes but at least I'm hydrated and happy :)
