"Ever since I subscribed to your site the daily reminders are the only thing I read apart from email and the NY Times headlines and weather. I am hugely critical of most self-help information, but this is not what your site is. I save 1 in 2 of these and have kept a library folder. They are intelligent, concise, relevant and are pitched at exactly the right level." -Martin Chalk, CEO, Balance Water

Having the time

I cycle to work now the weather has picked up, as I get a good workout 6 miles (to and from work), with some hills for good aerobic workout

I sometimes work long hours, so coming home to do an hour aerobic session , it just ain't gonna happen

I'm also learning salsa which is great fun and sometimes dance up to 3 hours, without even realising it

I supplement my aerobic workouts of dance, step and cycling with a type of pilates called supreme pilates, it works as it targets the core, and also uses weighted springs so it's like doing a weights workout. I love it as I can be done in 25 -40 mins, it folds away and I get on with my life

I'm a single parent , have a full day job and love to exercise, so saving myself time/ money by working out at home and cycling, I get fit and have time for other pursuits and family life

Wow. That sounds like a great routine. Especially the dancing. I love to dance and it's exercise that feels like fun.

Plus, I really like that you don't have to go to a gym to get your workout. Very inspiring. Thank you!
