"I have so enjoyed your book! It is easy to digest and very down to earth and so relative to us all. And the 30 day change emails are so helpful and upbeat." -Stephanie

Accountability

LauraLee311

When you’re trying to stay in shape, find a way to hold yourself accountable. Mark days off on a calendar, make friends and family nag you to work out, blog about it. Without something holding you to it, you’ll be tempted to curl up on the couch and say forget it.

I need to do this! I went a whole year without corn syrup and table sugar, then added it back into my diet slowly, thinking I could handle "just a bit". Wrong! I "pigged out" on sugar tonight, and need to get back to my former way of eating. I need help finding a way to hold myself accountable!
