Question:Should I see a doctor?

I've been having a little trouble with my weight and I can't seem to lose the weight I want to feel comfortable in my skin. It's causing me to feel depressed.

I'm slowly getting into a workout routine that I'm enjoying and I have lost a little weight, but my biggest problem is managing my food. I LOVE to eat and so that's been the challenge, Even still, my feelings of depression are making me more tired lately, things that used to hold my interest well are dwindling, and I just don't feel like going out with others.

Should I see a doctor?

Answer:

As LMayo said, I'm no doctor either, but I've come to find that if you're evening throwing out the question of "should I go see a doctor?" it almost always means that yes, you should. No respectable doctor is going to kick you out of the office for caring too much about your health.

I'm no doctor, but I think you should see a doctor. :) I had the exact same symptoms and it turned out that I had Hashimoto's Thyroiditis...also known as hypothyroidism. I'm now on medication and I can keep it regulated pretty well. But I would never have known if I hadn't seen my doc!

I'm not saying that you have this, but it's always good to get checked out!
