I love this (and it really works). I often catch myself walking down the street with no expression on my face.

As soon as i start smiling and beaming my smile at people I notice that they lighten up and some even smile back.

I always do this with little kids, especially if they're crying. I give them a really big, giggly smile and they usually stop crying!
