Ultimately Delayed

Windows Vista has faced its share of scrutiny and criticism, but Microsoft has admitted the operating system needs some tweaks. That has led to the release of the highly anticipated SP1 (Service Pack One) that is intended to greatly improve the overall performance of Windows Vista.
