how do I explain that my stress at work and home does not make me feel like being intimate?
I work a 3rd shift job 3 times a week and some weeks are harder than others (the shifts are closer together) and on those weeks especially I feel almost pressured to be intimate or am made to feel guilty for the lack of interest in the bedroom. When I'm not at work I'm a stay at home mom to 2 little kids and it's very tiring and most days when the day is done and they are in bed I'm very ready for some "me time". I know that our relationship needs to have more intimacy in it but how do I explain that there are some weeks that that's just not possible and how do I increase my desire for intimacy?
