Unless you're building a skyscraper or fixing a brain, there's room for error in your work. Sometimes, not forcing greatness/perfection leads to bigger and better ideas. So let go of whether a project is "right," and just let it be what it'll be.

Question:do long distance relationships really work? should i break up with my boyfriend until i return home?

i'm 20 years old and really in love with my boyfriend of 9 months. he really loves me also but i'm moving to another country for studying purposes. i know its going to be difficult being far away from him and concentrating on my studies at the same time. What should i do?

Answer:

First thing is you both need to have an open communication about this. Find out what he is and isn't comfortable with and communicate your thoughts and feelings to him as well.. IMHO, being 34 yrs old, i would split and go live life uninhibited and if it is meant to be then you two will find each other again once you have moved passed that part of your life. you are young, live life to it's fullest and have no regrets.

Answer:

Well i think not, because i am with a man i've been with for 12 years and he had a woman that went to florida and left him in s.f ca.she did not want to come back so he got tired of sending her money and long distance relationships.now i am stuck because i want to go to arkansas to see my mom and family,i'll be in the same situation his x were in.but our situation is totally different from him and hers.but i am still scared to go and stay a long period of time.plus he's never been out of california either.plus you are younger than me way younger, you need to do a lot of thinking before you make your move.bjackson1955 from s.f
