Get Out With Your Girls

"Sex and the City: the Movie” premiered last night in London and Samantha (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte (Kristen Davis), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker) were out in full plumage. The movie will debut stateside on May 27 with equal fanfare and although its still a few weeks away, its not too early to start planning a girls’ night out and work on improving your friendships with each other. All you need is movie tickets, a bar that serves good Cosmopolitans and plenty of tissues. One British reviewer reported that the ladies surrounding him in the theater laughed and cried their way through the two-hour movie.

During the show’s six seasons, the fearsome foursome went through everything from embarrassing dates, to meddling mother-in-laws to countless pairs of Manolo Blahniks, but through it all the girls always knew they could count on each other.

Are you planning on going? Do you have any suggestions for making it a girls’ night out to remember? [Reuters]
