Despite all the lights and merriment, the Holidays are a difficult time for many people. Often everyday stressors can become exacerbated and leave you with a raging case of the blues. The holidays will often prompt people to worry about money, conflicted relationships, time and family. So how can you get through the season with less stress? First, try to keep it in perspective.
