Are Acai berries for real to help you lose weight?
I'm 44, have had a ovary removed in my early 30's and am going through menopause. My question is does my menopause is the reason I'm going gray in my hair so early?
I'm still debating whether to get it colored just to feel better.
Researchers have found the acai berry has antioxidants that may protect cells from damage caused by harmful molecules in the body called "free radicals," and may possibly help against diseases such as heart disease and cancer. But when it comes to weight loss, the hype is ahead of the science, because the research evidence for such a connection is lacking.
