Is Facebook just for the 20 something crowd? 
Yes but there are gaps in the groupings of some of the biggest sites.

Absolutely not. They have the widest demographic right now, because Facebook originated at universities, but since it was opened up to the general public in mid2007, the number of people in other demographics have been drastically climbing. The majority of my friends on Facebook are NOT in their 20s, and some are in their 50s.
