The best thing anyone can do on a new job is watch and listen! Offices are interesting sociological studies...if you want to know the best way to share a new idea, ask for something or get along with your boss, watch and see how others do it. You'll figure out more quickly what type of people your boss and co-workers are if you pipe down for a bit.
