Cover Letter Tip

LauraLee311

In the cover letter, most people put something like, “I look forward to hearing from you soon …” in the closing. Don’t do this. Be proactive and include a day you will follow-up with them if you haven’t heard back from them. Ideally, it will ensure you get a response (good or bad) from them by the date you set. Make sure to follow-up to show you are a person of your word and are truly interested in the position.
