Question:Stress-related chest pains?

Here lately I've been having a lot of chest pains and I believe it to be related to stress. I could be wrong and fully intend to talk to my doctor when I go in for my annual checkup. But, I've noticed that when these chest pains start, if I get some hot tea and take a few minutes to meditate followed by a hot shower, I can pretty much get rid of them.

I guess the real question is what stress management techniques can you guys share so that I can avoid the pains altogether?

Thanks!
