The Little Things

Kiki76

I find that changing small things make a big difference. The other night I was sitting in one spot, becoming sad that I felt a bit lonely. Just by getting up, walking around and seeing different things/people in the neighborhood, I was able to change my mindset and realize that even if I'm lonely in the moment, it doesn't mean I'm alone. Changing something as small as your action—sitting vs. standing—can have a huge impact on making life a bit easier.
