"Ever since I subscribed to your site the daily reminders are the only thing I read apart from email and the NY Times headlines and weather. I am hugely critical of most self-help information, but this is not what your site is. I save 1 in 2 of these and have kept a library folder. They are intelligent, concise, relevant and are pitched at exactly the right level." -Martin Chalk, CEO, Balance Water

A Change Could Do You Good

A Change Could Do You Good

We're always trying something new here at First30Days! Here are two new elements in your profile that we bet you haven't noticed yet!

Cheer!
A new feature we added is the "cheer" ability. If you see someone who is going through a rough time and you'd like to show your support, you can give them a cheer and root them on! It's also a way to let someone know that you're thinking about them.

One of the best ways to get through a change is to gather support from friends and family, and as a member of First30Days you've now just gained thousands of supporters who want you to succeed!

Favorites
As a First30Days member, you have the ability to mark your favorite members on the site. You can even mark an expert as a favorite if you particularly like his or her advice.

I like the cheers. The favorites don't make sense, though. I liked it when people could be friends on the site and send each other encouraging messages.

Cool. These two new features make me feel more like I'm in a community, rather than just a visitor to a web site.
