I made a resolution to have a fish meal at least every other day. Shake it up and be adventurous. It can be a breakfast of canned salmon with cream cheese on a bagel; or a simple tuna sandwich lunch; or spaghetti and clam sauce dinner....think of all those healthy omegas you'll get. And you might lose weight.

good idea. i need to get more fish in my diet as well. salmon is supposed to be very good for you and it can be prepared so many ways. thanks for the tip!
