Question:What's the best kind of protein to drink?

I'm using something that's mostly whey, which I like, but the last time I went into the store the salesman threw so many thoughts out there I wasn't sure anymore if I was doing the right thing.

Answer:

It's been my experience that whey, soy and tofu are all high in protein. I would suggest maybe going to your local "health food" store and do some research to find what will work best for you.
