Like you say, your sex addiction may be like any other addiction ... alcohol, drugs, food.

While I don't know much about the science of curing addiction, it's a matter of retraining your brain, replacing a bad habit with a good habit, managing to resist temptation--part iron will, part psychology.

I don't know what your financial situation is, but I believe there to be facilities you can check yourself into to help with the process.
