Is the Friendly Divorce a Myth?

Though divorce might always be painful, there is a new process which can help make the situation a bit more bearable for everyone involved. Enter the "collaborative divorce." Both sides still have their individual representation, but instead of arguing over who gets what, both sides agree to work together to find the best possible outcome for each party.
