Donate Your Haircut to Charity.

If cutting your hair is part of your plan to change your look, you can help out cancer patients at the same time. Locks of Love uses donated hair to create natural wigs for people going through chemo. Many hair stylists are aware of the program and can probably even mail in your ponytail for you. In order to donate, you have to be making a pretty significant change because Locks of Love asks that you send in at least 11 inches of chopped off locks! I've done it three times in my life and its always a great, refreshing feeling.
