Too Much on Your Plate

Remember that sometimes you need to take things off your plate, not add to it. What do you need to let go of? What is your biggest distraction? It takes courage to start something. It can take even more to let it go.
Strengthen your relationship with your Higher Self, your Creator, or whatever term you may use for it, in whatever way suits you best. Meditate, pray, focus on being loving to everything and everyone, go to places of worship, fast, read books of higher wisdom, give back or simply be with nature.
Be gentle with yourself and others. Stop the disapproving inner dialog and treat others with kindness. Care about something other than your plate and your goals. You feel your best when you stay in connection and in harmony with others.
