Question:What a good breed of dog for someone who lives in a small apartment?

Ideally, I'm looking for a small dog that doesn't bark too much.

Answer:

My ex'es sister had a Maltese that was very cute and cuddly. She only barked when someone walked in the door. They had a Pomeranian that wasn't too barky as well. They were both great dogs.

Answer:

A pug is the answer!!! Pugs are great! They are so loving and gentle (especially females) and they are not suited for lots of exercise, so a small apartment is fine for them. They are also excellent lap dogs and good family dogs, and they travel well. The downside? Mine snores like a truck!
