You've heard of inter-office mail, office politics and intranets, but what about inter-office networking?

One company is now allowing (even encouraging) Facebook to be used at work so that employees will network and socialize more. They believe this will bring people together and create more opportunities for team building.

So, does this mean the company softball team is being phased out? And, meetings ... what about meetings, don't tell me we're not going to have meetings anymore!! Read more at newsfactor.com.
