He gets ready in the matter of 5 minutes, showering the night before, brushing his teeth in the morning, and rushing out the door. The only problem with his schedule is that every single second matters when trying to catch the train. Abby, a 26 year old likes to have ample time in the morning. She takes a 55-minute run every day before work, even if it means being late!
