Avoid Going to Court

The Debt Advisor for AzStarBiz explains how you can avoid going to court for your unpaid credit cards and bills.

First, Steve Bucci explains what could bring you to court in the first place. Outstanding balances that remain ignored, will lead to a collection agency and then an outside collection agency that won’t care about your loyalty, they’ll just want to get paid and thus will take you to court if need be.

So if you’ve already gotten up to here, he explains your different options, like contacting a bankruptcy lawyer or starting an affordable payback plan.
